A Hallmarked Silver Tankard, HF&Co, Sheffield 1944, of plain tapering cylindrical form, with large loop handle, 12cm high (370grams); together with an Elkington plated example, of similar design, stamped to the base "The Strand Hotel Ltd". (2)
The hallmarked tankard has overall surface abrasions, no visible dents etc. The Elkington example has overall surface abrasions, scratches, dents/dinks, ripple to diameter of rim, indistinctly stamped "PINT".
