An early 20th century painted tinplate advertising sign, 'Blue Bell Tobacco', issued by The Imperial Tobacco Company Ltd, printed logo and numbered 5316 to lower left. 34.5cmx24cm.
The front appears to have tarnished/rusted/stained a lot, as seen by the area around the mounting holes being a pale yellow
