A PAIR OF MODERN JAPANESE POTTERY FIGURES OF SAMURAI WARRIORS, posed holding bladed staff which is removable from the figure, printed marks to the underside with four character marks and 'CHRISTOPHER W LIMITED EDITION 10 FIRST RUN OF 1500', height 45cm, both with a square plinth, overall height 49cm (4) (Condition report: one figure has a glued repair to a section of bunched hair by his left ear. firing crack around the wrist of the outstretched hand and glued repairs to the fingers of the other hand, the other figure is in good condition, both of the plinths have splits to the feet)
