A Victorian 15ct gold and turquoise snake brooch pin. The Victorian brooch pin in the form of a serpent having textured scale head set with a row of graduating round turquoise cabochons to ruby set eyes. The brooch having a hinge pin and c-clasp verso. Unmarked, surface tests indicate gold. Measures 7.9cm x 3.2cm. Weighs 11.6g. All weights, measurements and sizes are approximate.
