Movement - functioning although intermittently stopping so will require a service/some attention.
Dial - a few hairlines and surface marks.
Glass - light surface marks.
Hands - light surface marks and some tarnishing.
Case - a few small indentations, small rubbed patch to the case side, light surface marks.
Crown - adjusting correctly.
