THE BALANCE OF THE COOK/PARTRIDGE CORRESPONDENCE INC. 1862/6 TRIO OF 6d GREEN COVERS; The balance of the correspondence from which the previous lot came; 16 Nov. 1858 letter (no env.), along with 6 June 1860 + 23 Oct. 1862 + 28 Mar. 1866 trio of envs. (+ contents) all from "SOUTH-CAYUGA/U.C" (faint m/s-dated cds's on their fronts) from Eliza Cook to "Miss Partridge" in Hadleigh (Suffolk), each with 1859 6d Green cancelled by three m/s lines (as usual for this PO at this period; see also previous lot). Plus colour prints of the portraits in the previous lot and 5 other 1828-c.1850 covers/letter (no postal marks) from Essex to the same Miss Partridge in Suffolk.
