POSTCARDS, Two Albums containing approximately 455 Postcards, 440 of which feature STAFFORDSHIRE & ALTON TOWERS, the cards mostly date from the early 20th century (with exceptions) and feature a large section from STAFFORD including views of Parks, The Railway Station, The Mill and Weir, Schools, Colleges, Churches, The Town Hall and Market Hall, Hotels, Streets and Roads, The South Staffs Regiment at Tixhall Hall, The Royal Visit 1907 including the Tree planted by the King at Ingestre Hall, Shugborough Hall, RUGELEY, Camps on Cannock Chase, Trentham and Doveridge and ALTON including The Castle and Alton Towers, the remaining cards feature Resorts, Towns and Cities in the UK and Ireland and are mainly of a topographical nature but sixteen cards feature Ships which include Cunard Vessels
