Victorian 80th Lancashire RV (Liverpool Press Guard) Officer’s Levee Rifle Pattern Sword.
A rare example of the pattern. The single edged narrow blade is etched with a regimental device and title “80TH L.R.V”. The guard of the hilt incorporating a Victorian crowned strung bugle device. Housed in correct steel scabbard with two loose rings. Some staining etching faint to parts.
