19th century Japanese lacquer ‘feather’ box, the bowed elongated rectangular box in black lacquer embellished with a finely drawn feather in hiramakie and takamakie, the interior with gold sprinkled on black, 38cm x 8cm.
Condition report - The corners are split and there are small chips to the lacquer at the edges.
