Two Beswick Connoisseur horse models, comprising: 'Grundy Racehorse of the Year 1975', model number 2558, discontinued in 1989, designed by Graham Tongue, on lozenge shaped wooden plinth, 19cm high overall, and 'Red Rum Winner of The Aintree Grand National 1973, 1974 & 1977', model number 2510, possibly second quality, on lozenge shaped wooden plinth, 32.5 cm high, with two Royal Doulton horse groups, each 18cm high (4)
all pieces show minor surface wear, but no obvious chips, cracks, crazing or restoration. The 'Red Rum' model shows a blemish to the makers mark, which appears to be a firing pit but may indicated second quality.
