WHITE (Gilbert): 'A Naturalist's Calendar, with Observations in Various Branches of Natural History...', London, printed for B & J White, 1795: FIRST EDITION. with hand-coloured engraved plate of a Hybrid Pheasant, contemporary calf with gilt ruled spine, worn and scuffed with hinges cracked but a very good copy internally, small 8vo: together with a second copy in recent full black morocco gilt, a number of leaves with old library inkstamp and title washed, plus a third copy, also ex-library and lacking the plate.
