A Worcester porcelain tea caddy and cover, circa 1780, of fluted ovoid form, decorated with Kakiemon inspired panels divided by blue and gilt panels, height 15cm. Provenance: Michael Trethewey. He was a frequent visitor to these auction rooms, an elegantly dressed, unassuming man who bought well and had a singular passion for old-school antiques.
