18th century Spanish embroidered silk panel with a floral design in satin stich arranged in quadrants around a central roundel. Flower centres have embroidered goldwork. Four areas around edges have embroidered letters and numbers, some indistinct including 1781 and 'DE MARTINA LABIAGA', likely to be devotional or in memorial. Evidence of old restoration in various areas across surface. Panel size 47x43cm, in glazed frame 29x59cm
