Below a banner inscribed "1917 The Red Army 1922" and "Protecting the Workers" flanked by two red army soldiers and centered by a golden wreath. The rim hand painted in gold on a cobalt ground and inscribed "Welcome Red Army". The underside marked with a Russian Porcelain factory mark dated 1904 and a hammer and sickle and cog mark dating 1923, Plate diameter 24cm
