Dufour, General de Brigade, Baron de l'Empire, Officier de la Legion d'Honneur, prisonnier de guerre as Chesterfield conte Derby"; charged "9[d]" (rate from London) with mainly very fine triple-oval "TRANSPORT OFFICE/[Crown]/G.R/PRISONERS OF WAR" (light crease) on the front and London cds (of June 2) on reverse.
