Cancelled 11/10/1930 Kharkov on 5K pre-paid postage. Transit cancel 13/10/1930 Lyubimovsji office Artmovsk district. This cancel with star and dot arrangement was the format of the OGPU Censors, the OGPU would later become the NKVD.
