An early 20c three draw telescope, the draw tube engraved 'The MacLoed' Negretti & Zambra London R/258 and engraved 'J A Buchanan' presumably for the owner. The barrel is leather covered and the telescope extends to 80cm long and has a 6cm objective lens. It has a brass lens cap and is in a leather carrying case bearing J A Buchanan's initials.
Generally good condition. The leather case has some damage possibly from shrapnel
