RAF Air Officer's Field Service Side Cap by Bates. A good and scarce early EIIR example of the Regulation pattern worn by Air Officers. The side cap with light blue piping to the curtain, peak flash and crown. Complete with Queen's Crown bullion cap badge and mounted gilt buttons. The interior with cotton lining and tailo'rs stamp of Bates London. Some service wear. GC.
