Incs. printing & perf. varieties, imprint blocks, plate blocks, specimens, proofs, errors & varieties, etc. Many of the better 1938 issues in blocks and later issues to £1 also in blocks. Includes 1937 Coronation sets mint, perf. "SPECIMEN" & on FDCs, 1938 defins. in blocks inc. 2d brown & green, 5d blue & scarlet, 6d black Die I, etc. Varieties noted throughout inc. 2½d brown & green with extra 'islands'; photographic essays of 1½d, 2d & 6d values plus proof print of frame, 2½d value plate 2. Also proof print of 1½d value in corner marginal imperf. block of four; range of values (18) to 5/- perforated "SPECIMEN". We note 10/- & £1 values in imprint blocks of four (2 blocks of each value) and in plate blocks. Collection is supplemented throughout by many covers inc.
