Roffe with two photographs of the builders plate from the Whinfield; A large collection of newspaper cuttings concerning the MSC Napoli; with other newspaper cut-outs, correspondence, ephemera &c. &c. Box B- A large collection of correspondence; mostly concerning The Lloyds Shipwreck Index, requesting additional photographs, amendments, the identification of shipwrecks &c. &c. The correspondence is mostly from and to museums and academics across the UK. Quite the insight into the creation of the opus. Box C- 'Deep Sea. Ein Newsletter Der Mar Marine Invest,' No. 2, 3 and 4, 1990; Magazine articles concerning shipwrecks; A photograph letter concerning the salvage of Tin ingots from Brittany; Many letters and correspondences concerning shipwrecks etc. Box D- Approx 50 wreck identification cards attached to (photocopied) relative information, from books, journals and newspapers; Box E- The Evening Post, Jersey. Tuesday July 9 1940, 'Orders of Commandant of the German Forces in Occupation of the Bailiwick of Jersey', Broadsheet, with facsimile Nazi propaganda; folder regarding the S.S. Central America Project by Columbus-America Discovery Group with three original negatives of sunken treasure discovered by the group, with a copy of Civil Action No. 87-393-N at the District Court for Eastern Disctrict of Virginia detailing rights to salvage, and a company prospectus regarding the aims of the salvage; A copie of 'The Time' Monday December 16, 1907, &c. &c. Box F- Wreck identification cards (Box) File G- Newspaper cut outs concerning shipwrecks (contemporary for the time) at Deal and The Goodwin Sands; Four postcards of the Wreck of the Preussen, Near Dover. Box H- Large collection of newspaper cut outs. Box I- Mostly correspondence to and from Richard Larn, concerning fresh sites, wreck lists, publication enquiries, &c. &c. Box J- Public Record printouts concerning shipwrecks, from Her/His Public Record Office.
