Frederick James McNamara EVANS (1859-c.1929) Portrait Watercolour, signed, 25 x 18cm. This watercolour seems to be affected by an unusual foxing. Most noticeable on the model's face. On the extreme right margin there are blemishes akin to oxidisation of pigment.
