Indian School, 19th century, a detailed landscape panorama, depicting a Shah taking water at a provincial well, his entourage on horseback with surrounding figures active in daily pursuits to include cooking, herding goats, sewing seeds, conversing and a lady with a huqqa, all before a walled city and river, signed in gilt lower right, watercolour and gouache on card, image 52cm x 66cm
Some small losses to paint in sky. A 6cm crease in off centre top. A 5cm horizontal crease on left side, approximately 14cm up from bottom left corner. There are some very small paint losses throughout but non too obvious.
