An 18ct white gold and platinum, two stone diamond and single stone synthetic? ruby set crossover ring, with diamond set shoulders, size N, gross weight 4.6 grams, the two larger diamonds with a total weight of approximately 1.20ct.

A couple of minor nicks to the facet edges of the ruby and perhaps a few of the claws need re-tipping.
