the folding rectangular top with projecting ears for candles and with stained decoration to simulate burr-wood within a crossbanded border edged with herringbone banding, on cabriole legs carved with stylised scallop shells at the knee and ending in pointed pad feet, 80.5cm wide x 39cm deep
Provenance: There is an old label for "Sandford Orcas Manor House". This table appears in a photograph of the Great Hall dating from circa 1916.
