A small Chinese jade mounted hongmu tablescreen, late 19th/early 20th century, the central oblong white jade plaque carved in relief and reticulated with a phoenix biting lingzhi fungus amid scrolling tendrils and leaves, 6.9 x 4.4cm, the screen and stand carved and pierced with scrolling tendrils and ruyi heads, on four scrolled feet, 22cm high, 19cm wide
There are a few small splits to the wood on the surrounds of the rectangular panel of the screen, occasional minor markings to the wood, otherwise in good condition with no restoration or losses detected.
