Railway. Overseas Traction - FRANCE. A fine collection of approx. 90 black and white, postcard size prints. The prints date from the 1950's and 1960's and feature a good variety of French steam locomotives. Most of the photographs are stamped on the reverse "H.C. Whitby of Harrogate". Locations noted: Batignelles, Versailles, Berne Shed, Les Joucherroles, Trappes, Le Bourget, Bobigny etc. The majority are captioned. Copyright does not pass to the buyer. Sample illustrated.
