"25/CENTS" & ABERDEEN EXPERIMENTAL DUPLEX; 5 May 1863 env. to Norton NB with only two 1d Red 'Stars' tied by fine Aberdeen Experimental Duplexes (scarce on overseas mail) and so treated as wholly unpaid and having a Lpool h.s. "8" as an Accountancy Mark and a mainly fine "25/CENTS" arrival postage due mark (of Sackville?) on the front; plus 1870/74 pair ex Kingston on Thames or Aberdeen to Fredericton/Sussex NB with GB 3d Rose-red or 1d Reds (3; with "INSUFFICIENTLY/PREPAID" mark) and so charged "2½" or "4½" in GB (in m/s) and then having a blue crayon "8" or fine scarce handstruck "CTS/12" ("½" removed) mark.
