WW2 Luftwaffe Pilot’s Badge by GWL
Luftwaffe Pilot’s Badge by GWL. This is a two piece, die struck, tombac based, burnished and silver washed Luftwaffe Pilot Badge by GWL. The front has a centrally placed majestic swooping Luftwaffe eagle with outstretched wings holding a mobile swastika in its talons. The eagle is attached to a half laurel – half oak leaf and acorn wreath. The reverse has the “GWL” – Gebruder Wegerhoff & Lüdenscheid maker mark in the correct format. Has had a new replacement pin.
