Ireland: Dublin Exhibition Palace and Winter Garden Co. Ltd., £5 share, 18[62], #2027, black. Registered in Ireland in 1862 to create buildings for the International Exhibition of Arts and Manufactures, held in 1865. The glass and stone winter garden was sold and re-erected as the Albert Exhibition Palace, next to Battersea Park in London in 1882. Other buildings formed the National Concert Hall and part of the University of Dublin. VF and rare.
