A rare late 18th/early 19th century oval gold vinaigrette; the large hand-cut citrine with faceted edge set within the cover and opening to reveal a very finely engraved pierced grille decorated with flower heads etc., the grille also hinged and on conforming oval base (3.5cm wide)
