S. Wilkes, Bath - A Victorian West Country 19th century mahogany & inlaid 8-day movement longcase grandfather's clock. The clock having twin swan neck scrolls atop with brass detailing over a glazed front flanked by turned columns with brass capitals. Geometric inlaid body withfront door, raised on block base. The clock face having an half moon shaped pediment depicting woman & gild in countryside. The white enamel clock face with Roman numerals to chapter ring, subsidiary dial and seconds aperture. Clock hands not present. Two weights and pendulum present.
