A 19th century gold (tested as 14ct), diamond, pearl and coloured stone set bangle, set in five lines of eight pale sapphires, twelve rubies, six peridots, seven pearls and sixty four small rough cut diamonds, 21.7g.

More Information

To the naked eye this is a stunning piece.
Under close examination however one pearl is missing at one end and one diamond at the end next to a ruby, visible with a 10x loop. Also under loop the peridots and some of the rubies appear to be slightly abraided to the tops. Also under a 10x loop there are traces of glue particularly under one pearl and to two rubies.
