An early 20th century Chinese hanging calligraphy scroll, Qing dynasty,
painted with a bird perched on a cherry blossom above two sparrows on an ink wash tree stump or boulder outcrop, inscribed and seal character markings throughout, ink and colour on paper, in the manner of Wu Changshuo (1844 - 1924).
From a private collection - acquired from an American auction house by parents c.1950.
