JAMAICA - "IAMAICA" & "GREENOCK" + "SHIP" COVERS TO SCOTLAND BY PACKET/SHIP; 1778 EL from "Saltamarsh, Trelawny, Jamaica" to Bannockburn "P Packet" with mainly fine "IAMAICA" and m/s "Paid postage 5/7" (internal Jamaica rate?) on the flap and varied rates to "4/9" on the front [see WB, p.90]; plus 1787 EL from the same correspondence but "P the Aurora, Capt. Campbell" with fine "GREENOCK" on the flap and slightly over-inked matching "SHIP" on the front, charged "9" in all.
