Large WW2 Japanese Hinomaru backdrop flag that was reputed taken from the Japanese headquarters in Rabaul, New Guinea by an Australian serving in the AIF. The flag measures a whopping 250cm x 200 cm. This item along with several other pieces were purchased from the family of an AIF Veteran.
