An unheated Ceylon sapphire and diamond dress ring, claw-set with an octagonal-cut sapphire of purplish-blue colour, approximately measuring 12.5 x 9.2 x 4.7 mm, flanked by two trapeze-cut diamonds on shoulders, yellow metal mount testing as 18ct, white metal shank testing as platinum, ring size M, 4.6 grams. Accompanied with a GCS certificate confirming this is of Sri Lanka origin, with no indications of heat treatment, dated November 2023. (Ref.: 5783-3698)
