Revenues. 1901 Handpainted essays for 1d - £100 "Stamp Duties" embossed revenue stamps, well painted in red and Chinese white each on a separate piece of tracing paper, approx 40x52mm, each dated "MAR. 29 - 1901". The £10 and £50 essays stuck on thin card with glue marks largely clear of the design, otherwise fine, a unique and attractive group from the De La Rue archives. (13). Photo on Page 198.
