Brass lacquered finish is largely rubbed away.
Jasper ware ceramic body in good condition overall, with a small chip to the white frilling on the foot.
Font appears to be present.
The top urn section is not quite aligned correctly on the foot, though should easily be adjusted by loosening the nut on the underside of the base.
