A South African Railways cab side numberplate from a 3ft 6ins gauge Class 24 2-8-4 No 3678 built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 26390, in 1949. A branch line class designed for use on light weight track, they were withdrawn during the 1980s. Cast brass, 20½"x14½", the front repainted. (Postage Band: N/A)
