R.M.S. TITANIC: Extremely rare Harland and Wolff hard bound employees build/date book chronicling the history of the ships built at the yard. The book itself is labelled James Moore Stationer of Donegal Place Belfast and starts in 1880 titled Engine Works and is written by several generations of shipyard workers culminating in the 1950s with a number of newspaper cuttings that have been pasted into the rear of the book. The contents themselves cover the principal and less well-known events over this 70 plus year history of the yard's evolution in the hands of those that recorded them. Titanic is featured on April 2nd 1912 as having left the yard on her trials and on April 15th as sinking after striking an iceberg.
