HIGHLY DETAILED COMPOSITION OF, IN EXCESS OF, FORTY NATIVE MALE FIGURES, most carrying swords, spears, bows and quivers of arrows, seven figures on horseback, an additional horse grazing, three dogs, six monkeys and three pairs of birds, amongst woodland with fruit bearing branches, before a temple with carved ornamentation to the left, sea and mountains glimpsed beyond

Very good apart from the canvas being slack on its stretcher, contained in original softwood frame carved with a running pineapple border
