- Buyers Premium (BP) is tiered: 30.5% (+VAT) for hammer prices under £10 and 28% (+VAT) for hammer prices of £10 or more, which is applied to all lots sold.
- 20% VAT applies on the hammer price to each lot.

- Auction Starts Closing at 7:30pm on Saturday 1st February and is ONLINE ONLY. The timed auction lots will continue without break until the last lot is sold.
- All goods are “sold as seen” and carry no guarantee or warranty.
- All images, descriptions and measurements are approximate and to be strictly used as guidelines only.
- Payment MUST be made by 3:30pm on Monday 3rd February.
COLLECTIONS:
- All collections are to be made in person or by courier from the locations in Rochdale
- Bookings to be made by contacting Lee Gill, details will be made available to successful bidders.
- The full address and contact details will be given to winning bidders with their invoice following the sale to arrange their collection.
- Collections available Monday 3rd to Friday 7th February. Collections must be completed by close of business on Friday 7th February.

CONDITION REPORTS/TELEPHONE BIDS:
- We DO NOT offer condition reports for this auction.
PAYMENT:
- Payments MUST be paid through your invoice email by 3:30pm on Monday 3rd February. Please follow the payment instructions received via email post-sale.
- If you have not paid by the deadline stated above, you will be blocked for a minimum of 6 weeks and your lots will immediately be taken off your account and re-sold in the next available auction.
- We are NOT taking cash or card payments on-site.
FAILURE TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS:
- Paying and clearing all lots is mandatory for lots won at auction. Bidding is a commitment to buy, and all accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non-withdrawable.
DELIVERIES & COURIER INFORMATION:
- We do not offer any type of shipping service; all lots must be collected.
NON-PAYMENT OF ITEMS:
- If you do not pay by 3:30pm on Monday 3rd February, YOU WILL be banned for a minimum of 6 weeks.
