Two Chinese overlay glass snuff bottles, late 19th/early 20th century. Both of ovoid form with ruby red overlay decoration, the larger example decorated with birds perched on blossoming prunus with a cherry amber stopper and bone spatula. (2 items) 3.1 in (7.8 cm) height, 2.1 in (5.2 cm) height.
Condition report: The larger snuff bottle is in very good condition with only minor ware with age and the smaller example bears a small chip to the rim and is missing its stopper.
