Buenos Aires to Sweden (stamps floated off) carried by PANAM Clipper via Portugal the plane crashed in the River Tagus, this env. recovered and sent onward to Sweden where it was sealed with a Swedish crash label; 1943 env. (remains) Belgium to Middelburg, Netherlands routed via Cologne (A.c. censor hs) and damaged in Allied bombing raid, struck with purple "Durch FEiNDEi NviRkUNG" hs (Damaged through enemy action) and 1943 env. (remains) registered Watenstedt to Den Haag again with Cologne censor hs and Dutch printed label which translates to "Received from abroad in a damaged (fire) condition".
