No 1 datestamp of 6 MAY.  Registration selvedge with part additional cancel on reverse, and three small wax seals OFFICE OF THE CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER;  the front with an inked impression of the seal in red Fine commercial usage.  PF Pakistan Certificate (2011).  SG 19, 26
