A Minton & Co 4 inch encaustic tile, buff over brown glaze, decorated with three lions passant, representing the arms of the Prince of Wales, within shield and flanked by seed pods on scrolling foliate stems, possibly fruits of planta genista, the emblem of the Plantagenists, impressed marks to reverse, together with another, decorated with rampant lion from the coat of arms of the Talbot family, Earls of Shrewsbury, buff over terracotta ground, another attributed to Pugin, buff over terracotta IHS, impressed marks to reverse, and three similar.
