Blunderbus early 19th century, iron barrelled, built on a Brown Bess Flintlock action, swan neck cock, crisp on 1st & 2nd cock, walnut stock (shortened from musket) with iron buttplate. Lock from an E.I.C. Musket with rampant Lion stamp (1808-1818) dated on tail of lock "1811". Part round, part octagonal flared barel 12", diameter at muzzle 1 3/4" approx. Brass t/guard and 'S' sideplate, VGWO & Condition
