Land Tax Redemption. 1812-14 Printed L.T.R entires, the first two with "Post Paid", an unused form with 1814 (Jan 17) printed letter stating that in future L.T.R letters may pass free of postage under the frank of Francis Freeling, and an 1814 (Jan 18) "L.T.R Post Paid" entire posted just one day after this notice with "Post Paid" crossed out and the signature of Freeling, a Free datestamp applied. Also an 1809 L.T.R letter sent free by Lord Glenbervie, and three 1814-19 entire letters with manuscript L.T.R (2) or "Land Tax" all signed by Freeling, Free datestamps. A scarce and interesting group. (8).
