£170
A late Victorian/Edwardian plated tantalus containing three clear glass decanters and stoppers, of rectangular outline raised on ball feet, 34cm wide, 37cm high,
Over all condition is fair. there are no makers marks, plate marks other than "patent" above the lock plate. The plating is worn to all parts and is contemporary with age. All three decanters are in good order. One stopper is in good order, one stopper has a small chip to the base. The last stopper is in very poor order with half the stopper base missing. The locking mechanism isn't working and the key doesn't operate the lock so the rising mechanism is stuck open.
