WW1 Imperial German Army Pickelhaube Helmet M1915. Complete with chinstrap fittings, but leather chinstrap is missing. Prussian helmet plate in wartime grey finish. Spike unscrews. Size marked "57". Maker marked "Gammersbach, Rolsdorf" and dated 1917. Nine finger leather liner present.
Good condition overall. Some loss of leather to one side of the front peak, see photo. Unrestored condition. Some original grey finish remains to the metalwork. Four holes for liner drawstring have pulled through.
